CLEANUP SERVICE
The cleanup or catchup is a one-time service offering for small business books that are incorrect, behind, or messy. All cleanups are dependent on the state of the books and the necessity of a cleanup will be discussed post-diagnostic review.

Key Performance Indicators
Using key performance indicators (KPIs) we will be able to see which areas of your business are excelling and which areas we can improve upon. KPI tracking will allow us to identify whether or not you’re tracking to achieve your goals.
Budgeting
We use expense analysis and budgeting together to help regulate your business spending. We first make sure all of your current business expenses are necessary, and build your budget using that information. The budget is used together with your cash flow forecasting to ensure you’re controlling the expense portion of your business.
